THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATIONAL STUDIES JUNE/JULY ONLINE EXAMINATIONS ARE SCHEDULED FROM JUNE 7TH TO JULY 27TH 2021
The May - July Bachelor of Education and PGDE Teaching Practice will be held as from may to july 2021
The April/July tutorials and examinations sessions will all be conducted online.
The online tutorial links have been created and are all google meet links.
The created online tutorial links will be availed to students through the different student's online Tutorial forums.
The Department of Educational Studies was ranked as the best teaching Department of the University out of 66 Teaching Departments in the year 2019/2020
The Department was ranked at number three overal in the whole university Performance Contracting Evaluation.
There will be Diploma and Bachelor in Adult Education, B.Ed (arts), PGDE & Master of Arts in Peace Education Students graduating on September 25th during the scheduled 63rd University of Nairobi's Virtual Graduation.
The Department will hold its Aug/Sept 2020 Residential Session fully online as from 31st of Aug 2020.
There will be introduction tutorials, continuation tutorials and take away assignments scheduled for the session. Timetables will be posted online.
The April 2020 Residential Session for continuing Certificate, Diploma & Degree students of Adult Education & Community Development, B.Ed (arts), PGDE, MAPE and MDE students will be conducted as 14th to 30th April 2020.
The newly admitted April 2020 students of the Education Programmes Unit will report on 27th to 30th April 2020 for Registration and Commencement of studies.
